DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY 5/31 so we can send the list to security at Adobe! \nDeveloping a product equity and inclusion practice is often an effort that attracts many passionate volunteers\, yet few people who can dedicate themselves full-time to the work. Because of that\, there can be pressure to create shiny\, quick wins that lead to practitioner burnout and miss the mark with communities we strive to serve. \n  \nIn this session\, Es Braziel\, Staff Experience Researcher\, Product Equity\, Adobe\, will illustrate what it means to do product equity work with cross-functional teams and drive a sustainable practice. The session will include small group discussions\, where attendees will be invited to reflect on learnings with those around them. \n\nDoors at 4pm\nPresentation from 4:15-4:45\nMixer 4:45-5:15\nWant to add on the Adobe Create Now event starting at 5:30pm?
