SUMMARY:Balancing Act: Stability Meets Innovation in Design
DESCRIPTION:This event explores how SoFi balances stability and security with bold innovation across our digital products and services. The centerpiece of the event is a keynote panel focused on the tension between stability and transformation in design: when to push boundaries\, when to make incremental change\, and how to do both without compromising member trust. We will feature designers sharing first-hand stories of lessons learned from three recent product launches: our app Home screen redesign\, our loan payments platform\, and our internal customer support tool. \nBefore the keynote\, attendees can meet the SoFi Design and Research team and participate in activities designed to help them transform their personal careers and financial wellbeing: portfolio reviews\, live user research\, and free financial planning sessions**. \n\nAbout SoFi \nOur number one goal is helping our members get their money right. Together\, we’ll explore the ways that small foundational steps can pave the way to product innovation in the lending space.\nSoFi Internal Tools: When members call our customer service department\, our support agents need to know everything about the member to answer questions quickly and accurately.
