DESCRIPTION:*** EVENT SOLD OUT***\nArt is an essential element in beautiful interior design that reflects the core values of the designer and client\, as well as the story of a space.  So often\, art is the final element designers use to finish a space with their clients.  But what if we begin with the art?  How could art that speaks to the homeowner drive the design of a room or even the entire home? \nThis event will include a short discussion regarding collaborative case studies TINT Gallery and The Modern Vic have created in starting the foundation of a design with art.  The event is hosted by TINT Gallery\, a contemporary art gallery focusing on women artists\, located in Hayes Valley. The event will include craft cocktails\, mocktails and light snacks.   \nSchedule: \n5 – 5:30pm arrival and networking\n5:30 – 6:00pm presentation with interactive Q&A\n6:00-7:00pm  exclusive tour of current exhibition + mingling with drinks  \nSpeaker bio: The Modern Vic – Sarah Stern-Benoit. \nSarah Stern-Benoit is the Founder and Principal Designer of The Modern Vic\, an Interior Design Studio in San Francisco.  The Modern Vic is the manifestation of Sarah’s lifetime love of history\, Bay Area architecture\, and stunning\, liveable spaces. \nThe Modern Vic took root in Sarah’s own childhood homes. Growing up with parents who actively lived in and restored Bay Area fixer-uppers\, she saw for herself the power of transformation. \nThe Modern Vic\, holds firm to the belief in the potential for remarkable transformation\, appreciation for architectural heritage\, and the passion for giving clients the support they need to realize their own beautiful spaces.  The Modern Vic gives clients the ability to gracefully incorporate their own design voice into their spaces while honoring the design elements of the house.
