Proposals are reviewed for originality, relevance, and value to attendees, with a focus on Bay Area design.
Decisions are emailed from events@sfdesignweek.org within two weeks of submission.
Preferred dates and time are awarded to applicants on a rolling basis.
Complete applications only—submitted details populate your event listing.
Major edits after publication may incur a $75 editing fee (speaker changes excluded).

June 12th (6-9pm) North of Market: Fidi, North Beach, Hayes Valley, Pacific Heights, etc

Proposed Ticket Price

This is the price of your ticket. San Francisco Design Week will set up tickets for your event accordingly with our registration system.

Select your Event Ticket Sale Revenue Preference:

Donate 100% of my Event Ticket Sales to benefit San Francisco Design Week. (Design Bay Area is a 501c3).

Event Ticket Sales Revenue Split: I request 50% of my Event Ticket Sales to be paid out to me after the event via check within 30 days post-festival.

San Francisco Design Week handles ticketing and registration to create the best user experience for attendees. Rev Share is not available for Studio Crawl Hosts.

If you would like to participate as an Official Studio Crawl Event on the nights of June 11th or 12th, please instead select ‘studio crawl’ from the application type above. Liability

By submitting this application I agree to carry my own event, liability and property insurance. I agree to follow all city, state and federal laws including having all necessary event permits or licenses. In the event that alcohol is served at the event, I understand that I am responsible for attendees and will check IDs at the door and not serve to minors. I agree to cover or lock up any sensitive artifacts, proprietary or client information or valuable material or items. I agree to not hold San Francisco Design Week or Design Bay Area liable for any and all claims.

Photography/Filming

By submitting this application I agree that SFDW may film or photograph during this event for the purpose of marketing and promotion of SF Design Week.

Access to your event

I agree to allow SF Design Week to register a very limited number of Press, Staff or VIPs to my event.
